eighteen main is Irvine’s newest premier destination for handcraft dining at the heart of the business district – a central hub where friends or coworkers can connect and get deals done.

Situated next to Centerview at Irvine Concourse, eighteen main is a newly renovated retail space that was looking to attract prospective businesses to rent out its spaces. To advertise available space, I designed a leasing brochure and built a website landing page on WordPress that highlighted Irvine’s key trade area demographics and community.
